If you are unable to view and complete the form we ask that you please forward a copy of your curriculum vitae (resume) along with a letter indicating your wish to immigrate to Canada. We will assess your personal information and determine the most effective legal route to achieve landed status in Canada.

Once we have your personal information from the form, we will then advise you as to the proposed strategy and our legal fees to handle your case and the associated government processing fee. If your personal information form shows us that your case is without merit you will not receive a response from us.

We will expedite your case and will keep you updated as to the progress of your application.

We should advise you that we are NOT so-called "immigration consultants" but are actual lawyers licensed to practice in the Province of Ontario, Canada, by the Law Society of Upper Canada. You should be aware that only lawyers in good standing with the Provincial Law Societies in Canada are allowed to provide legal services. All of our lawyers are members of the Law Society of Upper Canada and are in good standing.
